Using Odoo (CRM)

‍We use the CRM system to manage customer inquiries, contact details and process optimization Odoo.

The provider is Odoo S.A., Chaussée de Namur 40, 1367 Grand-Rosière, Belgium.

The data that you enter into our forms (e.g. name, email, telephone number) is stored on Odoo's servers. This enables us to process your request in a targeted manner and to document the contact process.

Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO (legitimate interest in efficient customer management) and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (implementation of pre-contractual measures/contract fulfillment) .We have concluded an order processing contract with Odoo to ensure the security of your data.

Make an appointment via Calendly

‍You can make appointments with us on our website. We use the tool for this Calendly.

The provider is Calendly LLC, 271 17th St NW, 10th Floor, Atlanta, Georgia 30363, USA.

To book an appointment, enter the requested data and the desired date in the appropriate mask. The data entered is used for planning, carrying out and, if necessary, following up on the appointment. 6. Analytics Tools

Google Analytics
