Cookie Policy
As of April 24, 2026
This cookie policy explains how ServiceHyve (“we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on this website. It complements our Privacy statement and tells you which cookies we set, why we do them and how you can manage your cookie settings.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device (computer, smartphone, tablet) when you visit our website. They are used to make the website function properly, ensure security, improve the user experience and analyze how the website is being used.
The legal basis for using absolutely necessary cookies is our legitimate interest (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). For all other cookies (e.g. analysis and marketing cookies), we obtain your express consent in advance (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR).
2. Which cookies do we use?
We divide the cookies used on our website into the following categories:
A. Technically necessary cookies (always active)
These cookies are absolutely necessary for the basic functions of our website. Without these cookies, the website cannot function properly. Since they are absolutely necessary, they cannot be deselected.
- Provider: Webflow, Inc./AWS (hosting provider)
- purpose: Webflow uses server-side technologies in the background (such as for load balancing or network security) to ensure that the website is delivered to your browser quickly, securely, and error-free. This can set short-lived session cookies, which are automatically deleted after the browser is closed.
- Lifespan: Session
B. Analytical cookies
These cookies help us understand how visitors interact with our website by collecting and reporting information anonymously.
- service: Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited)
- purpose: We use Google Analytics to evaluate user behavior on our website (e.g. which pages are visited most frequently). This helps us optimize our content. The collected data (such as your IP address) is abbreviated by IP anonymization before it is stored on Google's servers. However, data may be transferred to the USA.
- Typical cookies:
_ga(lifespan: 3 months),_gid(lifespan: 24 hours),_gat(Lifespan: 1 minute) - Approval: These cookies are only set if you have agreed to the “Analysis” category in our cookie banner.
C. Third party services & functional cookies
We integrate external services on our website to offer you additional functions, such as direct online appointment booking.
- service: Calendly (Calendly LLC)
- purpose: We use the Calendly appointment booking tool, which is embedded on our site. When you use the tool or visit the corresponding page, your browser connects directly to Calendly's servers. Calendly uses its own cookies to technically handle the booking process, save your session and ensure the security of the form (e.g. protection against bots). Data (including IP address) can be transferred to the USA.
- Approval: By using the booking function and giving your consent in the cookie banner, you consent to Calendly's data processing.
3. Data transfer to third countries (USA)
By using services such as Google Analytics and Calendly, personal data (such as your IP address) can be transferred to servers in the USA. The USA is considered a third country under data protection law. A transfer only takes place if you have given your express consent via our cookie banner (Art. 49 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO) or if standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission apply.
4. How can you manage your cookie preferences?
About our cookie banner: You can withdraw or adjust your consent to the use of non-essential cookies at any time with effect for the future. Simply click on the link at the bottom right of this page (round picture of a cookie) to reopen the cookie menu.
From your browser: You can set your browser so that it informs you when cookies are set and only allows cookies in individual cases. In addition, you can exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when you close the browser. The instructions can be found in the help function of your respective browser (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). Please note that if you disable cookies, the functionality of this website may be limited.
